APPLY TO PRESENT AT TEDxBILLINGS 2025

We are now taking applications for our 2025 event. The deadline for applications is November 30th 2024.

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2025 TEDxBillings event. We know that being able to offer a stage for people to share their talents is a great opportunity that opens up a great audience to experience your art form. Please know that our team selects our speakers and presenters for each year on the quality of their applications. As such, please take your time when responding to each question!

Speakers who are selected for TEDxBillings 2025 will be contacted in January and announced in February through a local media event. TEDxBillings 2025 will then take place in the fall of next year. Official date TBD.

(Please note: We require any speaker whom is applying to present on our stage to reveal any sensitive subjects that may be discussed during your talk. Examples include: addiction, alcohol abuse, suicide, self harm etc.)

Thank you for your interest in speaking at TEDxBillings! We appreciate your enthusiasm and passion for sharing ideas worth spreading. Please be advised that TEDxBillings selects its speakers and performers based on the strength of their applications. Our selection process consists of a thorough 3-step review, which culminates in a “Golden Ticket” themed launch event in February each year. We kindly request that all chosen speakers be available and present in Billings, Montana, for this community press event day. While TEDxBillings is dedicated to providing an enriching experience for our speakers and performers, applicants need to know that air travel expenses to and from Billings, especially for speakers traveling from out of state, will not be covered or reimbursed by TEDxBillings. If selected to speak and travel costs are a hurdle, we can discuss on a case by case basis. However, for speakers and performers attending TEDxBillings mandatory gatherings in Billings, we do provide complimentary hotel accommodations (maximum 2 night stay) to ensure your comfort and convenience. It's essential to understand that TEDxBillings is a non-profit organization, and our success is made possible through the generous support of our partners who share our belief that ideas are worth sharing.
